深化学科治理体系改革 提高法治人才培养质量

Deepening the Reform of Discipline Governance System and Improving the Training Quality of Rule⁃of⁃Law Talent

该文从学科布局、实践体系和研究成果等方面总结了河南财经政法大学法学学科的发展状况和法学学科建设的主要举措,强调了服务黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展、数字法学礼法治理等学科特色。提出了法学学科治理体系改革的主要方向,即建立书院制社区化学生教育管理模式,实施法学学部制管理、人才梯队建设、学科团队建设等管理体制改革和法学协同育人机制。

This paper summarizes the development status of the law discipline of Henan University of Economics and Law and the main measures of the construction of the law discipline from the aspects of disciplinary layout,practice system and research results,emphasizing the disciplinary characteristics of serving the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin,digital jurisprudence,the rule of rites and law,and so on.This paper puts forward the main direction of the reform of the governance system of law discipline,that is,to establish the community-based student education management mode of collegiate system,to implement the management system reform of law faculty system management,talent echelon construction,discipline team construction and the collaborative education mechanism of law.
