“双一流”背景下高校创新型法学教育的目标、模式与路径

On the Goal,Mode and Path of Innovation⁃oriented Legal Education in Colleges and Universities under the Background of“Double First⁃class”

中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发的《关于加强新时代法学教育和法学理论研究的意见》为法学教育提供了政策方向。在全面依法治国的新时代,如果没有优质的创新型法学教育,就很难培养出优秀的创新型法治人才。为此,我国法学教育应当从目标、模式、路径等方面进行改革,针对不同阶段、不同类型的法科学生采取不同的教育目标定位,实现通识教育与职业教育一体化发展,以培养全面发展、具备多方面能力的法律人才为出发点丰富法学教育的方法与内容,从而推动法学教育供给侧改革,满足国家对于提升自主创新能力的需要,回应新时代法学教育对于创新型法治人才的呼唤。

The Opinions on Strengthening Legal Education and Legal Theory Research in the New Era issued by the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council provides policy direction for legal education.In the new era of law-based governance on all fronts,it is difficult to cultivate excellent innovation-oriented rule of law talents without high-quality innovation-oriented legal education.Therefore,China's legal education should be reformed in terms of objectives,modes,paths,adopting different educational objectives for different stages and types of law students,realizing the integrated development of general education and vocational education,and enriching the methods and contents of law education from the perspective of cultivating all-round legal talent with various abilities,so as to promote the reform of the supply-side of legal education to meet the countrys need and respond to the call of law education for innovation-oriented rule of law talents in the new era.
