焦点解决取向下高职高专院校就业指导新模式探索

Exploration on a New Model of Career Guidance in Higher Education Institutions from the Perspective of Solution-focused Brief Therapy

目前世界经济复苏乏力,我国经济受世界经济影响,用人单位需求减弱,给高职高专院校毕业生就业带来重重压力和挑战,使学校就业指导工作面临严峻形势和新的挑战。在这种情形下,高职高专院校解决学生在就业过程中存在的个性化问题,提升学生就业“质”的发展,创新就业指导的模式以及提高就业指导的效率与效果,成为高职高专院校推进就业工作的重要出破口。而焦点解决取向的就业指导具有以个人为中心、高效、短期的特点,正契合这一要求。基于此,探索以焦点解决理论、技术为基础的就业指导训练营,对于提高高职高专院校就业指导工作的精准性、高效性以及促进就业指导工作在新形势下的高质量发展具有重要意义。

The current weak recovery of the global economy has impacted China's economy,resulting in a decrease in demand for employers,which imposes considerable pressure and challenges on vocational college graduates'employment,making the job placement guidance offered by colleges and universities face severe situations and new challenges.In this context,a crucial breakthrough for higher vocational colleges in advancing their employment work is to solve the individualized problems that students encounter during the job-finding process,enhance the"quality"of student employment,and innovate job placement guidance methods to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of job placement guidance.Solution-focused Brief Therapy,characterized by its individual-centered,highly efficient,and short-term duration,aligns well with these requirements.Based on this,it is essential to explore a job placement training camp that is based on the theories and techniques of Solution-focused Brief Therapy.This will enhance the precision and efficiency of job placement guidance in higher vocational colleges and promote the high-quality development of job placement guidance in the new situation.
