摘要
在分析痕量水中重金属时,应选择合适的器皿、化学试剂、实验用水等,可有效减少系统误差。本文对试剂纯度、容器材质、实验用水以及针孔滤膜处理方式进行实验论证。结果表明:使用聚丙烯材质的容器、高纯度试剂、一级水以及针孔滤膜过滤时弃去前面2 mL的滤液,检测痕量重金属时所引入的杂质较少,产生的干扰较少,使分析结果更准确、数据更可靠。
When analyzing trace heavy metals in water,appropriate containers,chemical reagents,and experimental water should be selected to effectively reduce systematic errors.This article experimentally demonstrates the purity of reagents,container materials,experimental water,and the treatment method of pinhole filters.The results show that using polypropylene containers,high-purity reagents,grade 1 water,and discarding the first 2 mL when filtering through a pinhole filter,introduces fewer impurities and less interference when detecting trace heavy metals,resulting in more accurate analysis results and more reliable data.
