摘要
我国目前工业废盐产量大,尤其是农药、印染中间体、煤化工行业。工业废盐处置难度大、成本高、有毒有害物质含量高。本文介绍了典型行业工业废盐的产生工艺,分析了产生过程可能引入的有毒有害物质,并从处置困难、技术、政策等方面探讨了废盐资源化利用可能面临的问题,同时简述了几种典型废盐的风险评价案例。最后,对工业废盐的资源化管理提出了建议。
At present,China has a large output of industrial waste salt,especially pesticides,printing and dyeing intermediates and coal chemical industry.The disposal of industrial waste salt is difficult,high cost and high toxic and harmful substances.This paper introduces the production process of industrial waste salt in typical industries,analyze the possible introduction of toxic and harmful substances in the production process,discuss the possible problems of waste salt resource utilization from the aspects of disposal difficulties,technology and policy.At the same time,the risk assessment cases of several typical waste salts are briefly described.Finally,some suggestions on the resource management of industrial waste salt are put forward.
