基于“一河一策”的黑臭水体治理方法思考

Thinking on the Treatment Method of Black and Smelly Water Body Based on“One River and One Policy”

近年来,随着我国经济的快速发展和城市化进程的加快,水环境污染问题日益严重,尤其是对黑臭水体的治理成为亟待解决的环境难题。黑臭水体不仅严重影响城市形象,而且给人民群众的身体健康和生产生活带来极大困扰。因此,探索一种科学、有效的黑臭水体治理方法至关重要。本文以“一河一策”治理方法为例,对其在黑臭水体治理中的应用进行深入探讨。

In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy and the acceleration of urbanization process,the problem of water environment pollution has become increasingly serious,especially the treatment of black and smelly water body has become an urgent environmental problem to be solved.The black and smelly water body not only seriously affects the image of the city,but also brings great trouble to the people’s health and production and life.Therefore,it is crucial to explore a scientific and eff ective treatment method of black and odorous water bodies.This paper takes the“one policy of one river”as an example to discuss its application in the treatment of black and smelly water bodies.
