Exploring the Construction Path of National Spatial Ecological Restoration System under the Background of Carbon Neutrality

随着工业化进程的加快,环境的污染状况也十分严重。在此背景下,中国力争于2030年前实现二氧化碳排放达到峰值、2060年前实现碳中和的战略目标,即“双碳”目标。国土空间生态修复是国土空间治理的实现过程之一,通过制定空间的发展战略实现空间资源的优化配置。本文基于“碳中和”背景,分析国土空间生态修复体系的构建路径,以实现对环境的控制。

With the acceleration of industrialization,environmental pollution is also very serious.In this context,China aims to achieve the strategic goal of peaking carbon dioxide emissions by 2030 and achieving carbon neutrality by 2060,known as the“dual carbon”goal.Ecological restoration of territorial space is one of the realization processes of territorial space governance,and the optimal allocation of spatial resources can be realized by formulating spatial development strategies.Based on the background of“carbon neutrality”,this paper analyzed the construction path of territorial ecological restoration system in order to achieve environmental control.
