眉山市工业废气中VOCs废气排放分析与治理措施研究

摘要 本文分析了眉山市工业废气中VOCs废气的污染特征和来源特点,并对VOCs废气的治理措施进行了研究。本研究通过热脱附气相色谱法对眉山市2022年3-8月间,空气中的挥发性有机物(VOCs)进行离线检测,通过对VOCs废气的组成特征和抽样生成潜势进行分析来判断VOCs废气的来源,并结合工业废气中VOCs的来源情况制定相应的治理措施。结果显示,眉山市的VOCs主要由烷烃、卤代烃、OVOCs、芳香烃以及烯烃构成,其中烷烃、卤代烃和OVOCs的贡献程度最高。烷烃的臭氧生成潜势贡献比为23.62%~53.69%,芳香烃的贡献比为8.61%~38.97%,烯烃的贡献比为7.12%~32.41%,OVOCs的贡献比为12.78%~21.69%,卤代烃的贡献比未超过6.00%,其他VOCs的贡献比未超过1.00%。VOCs的主要工业来源为能源企业、化工企业、机械制造企业等。眉山市的VOCs废气治理需要充分考虑不同工业企业VOCs废气组成的特点来选择合理的处理措施,才能有效提升VOCs废气处理效果,降低大气中VOCs废气的含量。 This paper analyses the pollution characteristics and source features of VOCs exhaust in industrial waste gas in Meishan City,and to study the treatment of VOCs exhaust.This study Volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in the air in Meishan City were detected online by thermal desorption gas chromatography during the period from March 2022 to August 2022,and the source of VOCs exhaust was determined by analyzing the compositional characteristics and sampling generation potential of VOCs exhaust,and corresponding management measures were formulated by combining with the source of VOCs in industrial exhaust.The results show the VOCs in Meishan City are mainly composed of alkanes,halogenated hydrocarbons,OVOCs,aromatic hydrocarbons,and olefins,with alkanes,halogenated hydrocarbons,and OVOCs contributing to the highest degree.The contribution ratio of the ozone generation potential of alkanes was 23.62%to 53.69%,aromatic hydrocarbons 8.61%to 38.97%,olefins 7.12%to 32.41%,OVOCs 12.78%to 21.69%,halogenated hydrocarbons did not contribute more than 6.00%,and other VOCs did not contribute more than 1.00%.The main industrial sources of VOCs were from energy enterprises,chemical enterprises,and machinery manufacturing enterprises.In the VOCs exhaust treatment in Meishan City,it is necessary to choose reasonable treatment measures by fully considering the characteristics of the VOCs exhaust composition of different industrial enterprises,in order to effectively improve the effect of VOCs exhaust treatment and reduce the content of VOCs exhaust in the atmosphere.
