自2013年以来,我国大气污染防治取得了历史性、转折性的成就,但环境空气质量尚未实现根本性好转,大气污染防治依然任重道远。2023年12月,国务院印发《空气质量持续改善行动计划》,旨在以空气质量持续改善推动经济高质量发展,并在高质量发展中寻求环境效益,更加兼顾统筹经济社会发展和生态环境保护的全局。现阶段,生态环境保护中的大气污染防治管理仍然存在欠缺和不足,需要做出优化和调整。而在分析其优化路径和完善方案之前,我们首先需要了解大气污染防治管理工作落实的必要性。

Since 2013,China’s air pollution prevention and control has made historic and turning achievements,but the environmental air quality has not achieved a fundamental improvement,the prevention and control of air pollution is still a long way to go.In December 2023,The State Council issued the“Action Plan for the Continuous Improvement of Air Quality”,which aims to promote high-quality economic development through the continuous improvement of air quality,seek environmental benefits in high-quality development,and give more consideration to the overall situation of economic and social development and ecological and environmental protection.At the present stage,there are still deficiencies and deficiencies in air pollution prevention and control management in ecological environment protection,which need to be optimized and adjusted.Before analyzing the optimization path and improving the plan,it is necessary to understand the necessity of the implementation of air pollution prevention and control management.
