环境监测在执法活动中的要点分析

Key Points of Environmental Monitoring in Law Enforcement Activities

环境执法监测是环境执法工作不可或缺的技术支撑,为环境执法提供坚实可靠的证据支持和客观依据。但目前环境执法监测仍存在较多问题,会给环境执法工作带来风险。基于此,本文从环境执法监测的重要性出发,分析了环境执法监测中存在的问题,并提出解决问题的工作要点,以期进一步规范环境执法监测程序。

Environmental law enforcement monitoring is an indispensable technical support for environmental law enforcement,which provides solid and reliable evidence support and objective basis for environmental law enforcement.But at present,there are still many problems in environmental law enforcement monitoring,which will bring risks to environmental law enforcement work.Based on this,from the importance of environmental law enforcement monitoring,this paper analyzed the problems existing in environmental law enforcement monitoring,and put forward the key points to solve the problems,in order to further standardize the environmental law enforcement monitoring procedures.
