摘要
以一种新型高强珠光体钢轨试验用钢为研究对象,对其冷却过程中组织转变和硬度性能进行分析,并建立该钢种的CCT曲线;在此基础上,利用正交实验设计对该钢种的热处理工艺进行热模拟试验,得出优选的工艺方案,即开始冷却温度730℃、冷速3.5℃/s、终冷温度510℃。该工艺可使该高强钢轨试验用钢热处理后的硬度值达到400 HV以上,并不出现异常组织。
The microstructure transformation and hardness properties of a new high strength pearlite steel for rail test were analyzed during cooling,and the CCT curve of the steel was established.On this basis,the thermal simulation test of the heat treatment process of the steel was carried out by orthogonal experimental design,and the optimal process was obtained.The initial cooling temperature should be 730℃,the cooling rate should be 3.5℃/s,and the final cooling temperature should be 510℃.This process can make the hardness of the steel after heat treatment reach more than 400HV with no abnormal microstructure.
