摘要
针对步进式加热炉步进机构下降时,重力势能转化成热能导致油液温升和能源浪费问题,研究应用一种新型高效液压势能回收节能系统,采用高、低压蓄能器及控制阀组,通过先进的控制模型和PLC编程软件,实现对高、低蓄能器精准充放油控制以及步进机构轻拿轻放和精准定位控制,大大减少了主泵的开启数量和油水冷却器的冷却水消耗。
Aiming at the problem of oil temperature rise and energy waste caused by the conversion of gravitational potential energy into heat energy when the stepping mechanism of walking-beam reheating furnace descends,a new type of high-efficiency hydraulic potential energy recovery and energy-saving system is studied and applied,which adopts high-and low-pressure accumulators and control valve groups.Through advanced control model and PLC programming software,accurate oil charging and discharging control of high-pressure and low-pressure accumulators,light handling and precise positioning control of stepping mechanism are realized,which greatly reduces the number of main pumps and the cooling water consumption of oil-water cooler.
