摘要
为及时、准确、高效的进行公路养护工程后评价,系统分析了5种建筑学评价体系、4种管理学评价体系和1种食品安全学评价体系,在考虑各评价体系全寿命周期思想和生态、经济、技术等要素的基础上,采用食品安全学评价体系危害分析关键控制点法,确定公路养护工程后评价体系关键指标。提出了公路养护工程后评价的关键控制点及关键控制项,确定了公路养护工程后评价体系的6个一级指标(施工组织管理、资金管理、安全防护、路面养护管理、路面通行质量保证、生态环境保护)及17个二级指标。
To conduct post-evaluations of highway maintenance projects in a timely,accurate,and efficient manner,the paper systematically analyzes 5 architectural evaluation systems,4 management science evaluation systems,and 1 food safety evaluation system.Considering the whole life cycle concept and elements such as ecology,economy,and technology inherent in these systems,the paper adopts the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point method from the food safety evaluation system to determine the key indicators for the post-evaluation system of highway maintenance projects.The paper proposes critical control points and items for post-evalua⁃tion of highway maintenance,establishing 6 first-level indicators(construction organization and manage⁃ment,financial management,safety protection,pavement maintenance management,pavement service quali⁃ty assurance,and ecological environment protection)and 17 second-level indicators for the evaluation sys⁃tem.
