已开挖深基坑地下水上涨应急状态下降水技术

摘要 考虑已开挖高水位深基坑砂卵地基透水率高,基坑内降水井成井和封井需在有水环境下施工,成井难度大,降水井封井质量直接影响到工程整体的防水效果,基坑地下水控制难度大。结合实际工程,创新采用液压潜孔钻机成井技术和遇水膨胀阻水木塞降水井复合封井技术,可克服有水作业环境施工难度大、基层砂卵石地层钻机成孔难度大、封井难度大等施工难点,降水井成井效果好、施工效率高,封井质量优、防渗漏效果好。 High water level deep foundation pit has a high permeability of sand and gravel formation.The completion and sealing of dewatering wells in the foundation pit require construction in a watery environment,which is diffi⁃cult to complete.The quality of dewatering well sealing directly affects the overall waterproof effect of the proj⁃ect,and it is difficult to control groundwater in the foundation pit.Combined with engineering practice proj⁃ects,it has been proven that the innovative use of hydraulic down-hole drilling rig completion technology and water swelling water blocking wooden plug dewatering well composite sealing technology can overcome con⁃struction difficulties such as large construction difficulties in water operating environments,large drilling diffi⁃culties in sandy gravel formation at the base layer,and large well sealing difficulties.The dewatering well com⁃pletion is effective,the construction efficiency is high,the well sealing quality is excellent,and the leakage prevention is effective.
