With the example of majors group construction of software engineering in SXIT,the optimization and implement of the strategy of major construction of software engineering is deeply discussed in this paper.As the most important path for enhancing the overall strength of the school and the ability to serve the society,the implement of the strategy of the majors group is extremely important.First,the domestic present situation of the majors group construction of the software engineering is analyzed and the challenge faced and the opportunities are pointed out in this paper,secondly,the construction strategy and measures of the software engineering majors groups are illustrated in detail,lastly,the effect and experience are summarized and the future construction prospect of the majors groups outlook is put forward.
