需要层次理论是美国心理学家马斯洛于1954年提出的著名理论,将人的基本需要归纳为五个层次,成为心理学经典理论之一。需要层次理论把人视作主体,重视和关心人的需要,对于具体分析当代大学生的需求,科学地做好思想政治教育工作具有重要价值。另一个方面,需要层次理论中的唯心主义成分使其具有深刻的内在缺陷,我们需要从马克思主义的视角出发批判其中的消极内容,规避其消极影响。

The hierarchy of needs theory is a famous theory proposed by American psychologist Maslow in 1954.The basic needs of the people are summarized into five levels and the theory has become one of the classical theories of psychology.The level theory needs regards people as the main body,pay attention to and care about the needs of people,for the specific analysis of the needs of contemporary college students,scientifically do a good job of ideological and political education work has important value.On the other hand,the idealism component in the hierarchical theory needs to make it have deep-going internal defects.We need to criticize the negative content from the point of perspective of Marxism and avoid its negative influence.
