往复压缩机飞轮矩配比对曲轴扭振影响的研究

摘要 以某4列往复压缩机为研究对象,提出一种关于飞轮和电机的不同飞轮矩配比对曲轴扭振影响的研究方法。基于结构动力学基本理论,建立不同飞轮矩配比的几何模型,并通过有限元分析软件ANSYS进行模态分析,求解轴系扭转固有频率对应不同谐次下的的频率比,得出轴系一阶扭转固有频率整体变化趋势,以及在不同谐次下飞轮矩配比对轴系扭转共振的影响。研究结果表明:总飞轮矩和转速不变,电机飞轮矩逐渐增大:一阶扭转固有频率先减小后增大;谐次量级先减小后增大;每一谐次都呈现出单调变化的趋势,且变化趋势关于中间量级的谐次对称。在满足设计需求的基础上,选择合适的飞轮矩配比不仅可以减小曲轴扭振发生的几率,且具有一定的经济性。 Taking a 4-column reciprocating compressor as the research object,a research method of the influence of different flywheel torque ratio of flywheel and motor on crankshaft torsional vibration was proposed.Based on the basic theory of structural dynamics,the geometric models of different flywheel torque ratios are established,and the modal analysis is carried out through the finite element analysis software ANSYS.The frequency ratio of shaft torsional natural frequency corresponding to different harmonics is solved,and the overall change trend of shaft torsional natural frequency is obtained,as well as the influence of flywheel torque ratio on shaft torsional resonance under different harmonics.The results show that when the total flywheel torque and speed remain unchanged,the flywheel torque of motor gradually increases.The first-order torsional natural frequency first decreases and then increases,and the harmonic magnitude first decreases and then increases.Each harmonic degree shows a monotonic change trend,and the change trend is symmetrical about the harmonic degree of the middle order.On the basis of meeting design requirements,selecting the appropriate flywheel torque ratio can not only reduce the probability of crankshaft torsional vibration,but also has a certain economy.
