基于Unity 3D的电梯事故应急演练系统设计

摘要 根据传统电梯事故应急演练存在安全隐患、花费开销大、受时空局限等特点,为了降低电梯事故发生率,针对电梯事故,提出了基于Unity 3D电梯事故应急演练系统设计方案,进行电梯事故应急演练系统整体功能模块设计。利用3DS Max建立三维模型,并对模型做出模型减面、材质调配、贴图渲染等优化操作。模型被导入Unity 3D后,进行虚拟场景搭建、图形用户界面(GUI)设计、脚本编辑。针对自动扶梯的挤压事故,介绍系统的演练流程和演练效果。实现应急演练系统总体功能,满足了演练人员的基本培训需求。 According to the characteristics of traditional elevator accident emergency drill,such as hidden safety risks,high cost,limited by time and space,in order to reduce the incidence of elevator accidents,a design scheme of elevator accident emergency drill system based on Unity 3D was proposed.The whole function module of elevator accident emergency drill system is designed.The 3D model was established by using 3DS Max,and optimized operations such as model surface reduction,material allocation and map rendering were made for the model.After the model was imported into Unity 3D,the virtual scene was built,graphics user interface(GUI)was designed,and script was edited.Aiming at the extrusion accident of escalator,this paper introduces the drill flow and drill effect of the system.The overall function of the emergency drill system is realized and the basic training needs of the drill personnel are met.
