摘要
为实现脱硫废水零排放,提出脱硫废水烟气蒸发过程中污染物迁移特征分析方法。通过测定脱硫废水的水质数据,确定脱硫废水中存在的污染物,以此作为污染物迁移特征分析的初始值,模拟脱硫废水烟气蒸发过程,确定脱硫废水烟气蒸发过程中污染物迁移特征的影响因素和影响关系,从而实现污染物迁移特征量化分析,输出污染物迁移浓度、速度和范围的特征分析结果。对比实验结果表明:优化后的设计方法显著降低了污染物迁移浓度特征分析误差,约减少0.05 g/m^(3),同时迁移范围特征更贴近实际状况,为脱硫废水污染物的治理提供了有力支持。
To achieve zero discharge of desulfurization wastewater,a method for analyzing the migration characteristics of pollutants during the flue gas evaporation process of desulfurization wastewater is proposed.By measuring the water quality data of desulfurization wastewater,the pollutants present in desulfurization wastewater are determined as the initial values for analyzing pollutant migration characteristics.The process of flue gas evaporation of desulfurization wastewater is simulated,and the influencing factors and relationships of pollutant migration characteristics during flue gas evaporation of desulfurization wastewater are determined.This enables quantitative analysis of pollutant migration characteristics and outputs characteristic analysis results of pollutant migration concentration,speed,and range.The comparative experimental results show that the optimized design method significantly reduces the analysis error of pollutant migration concentration characteristics,by approximately 0.05 g/m^(3).At the same time,the migration range characteristics are closer to the actual situation,providing strong support for the treatment of pollutants in desulfurization wastewater.
