低碳背景下环境监测与保护策略研究

摘要 在低碳发展的时代,环境监测与保护面临诸多技术性挑战。地理信息系统(GIS)、遗传技术和智能传感器等技术的应用提升了生态修复效率,但也带来了大数据管理和伦理等新问题。全球生态环境问题需国际社会共同应对。联合国等国际组织应推动技术共享和经验交流,促进全球环境监测与保护水平的提升。文章揭示了低碳背景下环境监测与保护的科技挑战与国际合作的重要性,为构建可持续环境提供启示。 In the era of low-carbon development,environmental monitoring and protection are facing many technical challenges.The application of geographic information system(GIS),genetic technology and intelligent sensors has improved the efficiency of ecological restoration,but it has also brought new problems such as big data management and ethics.Global ecological and environmental problems need to be jointly addressed by the international community.The United Nations and other international organizations should promote technology sharing and experience exchange,and promote the improvement of global environmental monitoring and protection.This paper reveals the scientific and technological challenges of environmental monitoring and protection and the importance of international cooperation under the background of low carbon,and provides enlightenment for building a sustainable environment.
