基于生态安全格局的含能材料污染场地土壤可持续修复研究

摘要 为了评估植物-微生物组合可持续修复技术的有效性,提出基于生态安全格局的含能材料污染场地土壤可持续修复研究。针对识别的生态源、生态廊道以及提取的生态节点,使用植物-微生物组合可持续修复技术实施含能材料污染场地土壤可持续修复。对于其他地区,使用微生物可持续修复技术实施含能材料污染场地土壤可持续修复。当微生物菌剂按接种比例为5%时,三种含能化合物的降解率均逐渐增加。当比例为10%时,NT、RDX、HMX的降解率均有所提升。植物-微生物组合可持续修复技术与微生物可持续修复技术均较为有效。 In order to evaluate the effectiveness of plant-microorganism combination sustainable remediation technology,a study on sustainable remediation of soil contaminated by energetic materials based on ecological security pattern was proposed.Aiming at the identified ecological sources,ecological corridors and extracted ecological nodes,the sustainable remediation technology of plant-microorganism combination was used to implement the sustainable remediation of soil contaminated by energetic materials.For other areas,microbial sustainable remediation technology is used to implement sustainable remediation of soil contaminated by energetic materials.When the proportion of microbial inoculum is 5%,the degradation rate of the three energetic compounds increases gradually.When the proportion is 10%,the degradation rates of NT,RDX and HMX are all improved.Plant-microorganism combination sustainable remediation technology and microbial sustainable remediation technology are both effective.
