苏氨酸二次母液的脱色工艺优化

摘要 以苏氨酸二次母液为研究对象,采用氨基酸分析仪对母液中的氨基酸进行定量分析。结果表明,苏氨酸质量浓度为7.82 g/100 mL。以苏氨酸二次母液脱色率和苏氨酸损失率为评价指标,通过对比活性炭、大孔吸附树脂、阴、阳离子交换树脂共9种脱色剂对苏氨酸二次母液的脱色效果,确定最佳脱色剂种类,并通过设计单因素试验与响应面试验对苏氨酸二次母液的脱色工艺进行优化。结果表明,粉末活性炭对苏氨酸二次母液的脱色效果优于其他脱色剂,选用粉末活性炭作为苏氨酸二次母液的脱色剂;通过响应面优化,得到最佳脱色工艺条件为自然pH值、脱色温度35℃、脱色时间40 min、活性炭添加量25%,在此条件下,得到的苏氨酸二次母液脱色率为97.69%,苏氨酸损失率为5.02%。 With threonine secondary mother liquor as the research object,the amino acid analyzer was used for quantitative analysis of amino acids in the mother liquor.The results showed that the concentration of threonine was 7.82 g/100 mL.Taking the decolorization rate and threonine loss rate of threonine secondary mother liquor as evaluation indexes,the decolorization effect of 9 kinds of decolorizing agents,including activated carbon,macroporous adsorption resin,anion and cation exchange resin,on threonine secondary mother liquor was com⁃pared to determine the best decolorizing agent type.The decolorization process of threonine secondary mother liquor was optimized by single factor test and response surface test.The results showed that the decolorization effect of activated carbon on threonine secondary mother liquor was better than that of other decolorants and ac⁃tivated carbon powder was selected as the decolorant of threonine secondary mother liquor.Through response surface optimization,the optimum decolorization process conditions were obtained as follows:natural condition pH value,decolorization temperature 35℃,decolorization time 40 min,activated carbon addition amount 25%.Under these conditions,the decolorization rate of threonine secondary mother liquor was 97.69%,and the loss rate of threonine was 5.02%.
