木质素水凝胶吸附Zn(II)的研究

摘要 通过接枝共聚制得木质素磺酸钠和丙烯酸的聚合物,通过与蒙脱土进行插层结合得到木质素水凝胶,用于探究对Zn(II)的吸附性能。结果表明:所制备的水凝胶具有良好的吸附性和pH响应性。在溶液初始浓度为600 mg/L,pH=4.5,吸附温度45℃,吸附时间140 min条件下,吸附量最大达285.39 mg/g,该吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型和Langmuir吸附等温线模型,说明吸附是单分子层吸附。 The polymer of sodium lignosulfonate and acrylic acid was prepared by grafting copolymerization,and lignin hydrogel was obtained by the polymer intercalated with montmorillonite,and the adsorption performance of Zn(II)by lignin hydrogel was investigated.The results showed that the prepared hydrogels have good adsorbability of Zn(II)and pH response.The adsorption capacity reached 285.39 mg/g,under the initial solution concentration of 600 mg/L,pH=4.5,adsorption temperature of 45℃and adsorption time of 140 min,respectively.Modeling of adsorption kinetics indicated good agreement of experimental data with the quasi-second-order kinetic model.Langmuir equilibrium isotherm fitted the experimental data reasonable well,the adsorption is monolayer adsorption.
