摘要
综述了煤气化灰渣中炭的提取、残炭的再利用及灰渣的资源化利用三个方面。气化灰渣中炭的提取主要涉及浮选脱碳、重选脱碳和电选脱碳等技术,这些技术展示了灰渣中残炭的提取与利用进展。灰渣残炭的再利用研究主要集中于将其作为燃料进行掺烧。灰渣的资源化利用涵盖了多个行业,包括建材、橡胶、石化、有色金属及土壤农业等,这些领域都有对灰渣的研究与应用现状。最后,本文对未来气化灰渣资源化利用的研究方向提出了建议和展望。
The extraction of carbon,the reuse of residual carbon and the resource utilization of coal gasification slag are reviewed.The extraction of carbon from gasification ash mainly involves flotation decarbonization,gravity separation decarbonization and electro-separation decarbonization.The research on the reuse of ash and carbon residue mainly focuses on its combustion as fuel.The utilization of ash and slag covers many industries,including building materials,rubber,petrochemical,non-ferrous metal and soil agriculture,etc.Finally,suggestions and prospects for the future research on the utilization of gasification residues are put forward.
