利用物理法-热水解预处理剩余污泥技术的研究进展

摘要 在污水处理过程中会产生大量的市政污泥,由于污泥产量大造成处理成本高的难题就会不可避免的产生。传统污泥处理方法是将水处理过程留下的污泥干化然后进行焚烧、填埋、这不仅会占用大量的土地资源,而且会产生对周边环境、土壤产生影响的有毒有害物质或气体,因此在污泥处理之前采取一些合理的预处理措施很有必要。污泥预处理可以更加有效地破坏污泥中絮状物的稳定结构,尽可能多的释放出污泥中的水分,减少污泥的产量,进而减少污泥在后续资源化处理过程中对周围环境产生的影响。从物理法热水解方面总结现阶段THP工艺的发展状况及其缺点,探究ATHP工艺的发展前景以及其取代THP工艺的可能,为污泥预处理处置的科学研究与资源化应用提供思路。 In the process of sewage treatment,a large amount of activated sludge will be produced,the problem of high treatment cost will inevitably arise due to the large output of sludge.The traditional sludge treatment method is to dry the sludge left by the water treatment process and then incineration,landfill,which will not only occupy a lot of land resources,but also produce harmful substances or gases will cause impact on the surrounding environment and soil,so it is necessary to take some reasonable pretreatment measures before sludge treatment.Sludge pretreatment can destroy the floccule stable structure in the sludge more effectively,release as much water in the sludge as possible,and then reduce the output of the sludge and the impact of it on the surrounding environment in the subsequent resource treatment process.The relevant technologies of sludge pretreatment in present are summarized from the physical aspects,providing some ideas for the scientific research and utilization of sludge pretreatment.
