摘要
通过设计再生生物沥青方案来探讨其在筑路材料应用中的可行性:首先采用生物沥青替代沥青,然后加入高比例的RA(>30%),最后在较低的温度(140℃)下生产沥青混合料,并系统评估了胶结料和混合料的性能。结果表明,温拌再生生物沥青混合料具有良好的承载力,50%和70%RA掺量的再生生物沥青的劲度模量分别为18120 MPa和15683 MPa,50%和70%RA掺量的再生生物沥青的永久变形百分比分别为0.5%和0.7%。70%RA掺量的再生生物沥青具有较好的水敏感性,其间接拉伸强度比为97%。本研究可为温拌再生生物沥青的研究提供参考。
This study explores the feasibility of using recycled bio-asphalt in road construction by designing a recycled bio-asphalt formulation:first,bio-asphalt is used to replace conventional asphalt;then,a high proportion of RA(>30%)is added;and finally,the asphalt mixture is produced at a lower temperature(140°C).The performance of the binder and the mixture was systematically evaluated.Results indicate that warm-mixed recycled bio-asphalt mixtures exhibit excellent load-bearing capacity,with stiffness moduli of 18,120 MPa and 15683 MPa for mixtures containing 50%and 70%RA,respectively.The permanent deformation percentages for the 50%and 70%RA mixtures are 0.5%and 0.7%,respectively.Additionally,the mixture with 70%RA shows good water sensitivity,with an indirect tensile strength ratio of 97%.This study provides valuable insights for future research on warm-mixed recycled bio-asphalt.
