不同保鲜剂处理对白蟾切枝保鲜效果及生理和生化指标的影响

Effects of Different Preservative Treatments on Preservative Effects and Physiological and Biochemical Indexes of Gardenia jasminoides var.fortuniana Cuttings

摘要 为延长白蟾(Gardenia jasminoides var.fortuniana)切枝的瓶插寿命和提高其观赏价值,以白蟾切枝为试验材料,以蔗糖、8-羟基喹啉(8-HQ)和6-苄氨基腺嘌呤(6-BA)为基本成分,分别添加保鲜剂茉莉酸甲酯(A)、柠檬酸(B)、硫酸铝钾(C)和水杨酸溶液(D),以清水为对照(CK),观察白蟾切枝外观形态变化,比较不同保鲜剂处理对白蟾切枝瓶插寿命及生理和生化指标的影响,筛选最佳保鲜剂处理。结果表明,不同保鲜剂处理对切枝的外观形态、瓶插寿命、鲜质量变化率及生理和生化指标均影响显著。D处理的切枝枝干挺直、叶片健康且保水能力较好,切枝瓶插寿命为42天;其次为B处理,其切枝瓶插寿命为40天。A、B、C和D处理的切枝相对电导率均低于CK。C处理的切枝叶绿素a、叶绿素b和叶绿素总含量均较高。A、B、C和D处理均能显著提高切枝超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性;A、B和C处理的切枝过氧化物酶(POD)活性均与CK差异不显著,D处理的切枝POD活性显著低于CK。B和D处理的切枝丙二醛(MDA)含量均较低,C处理的切枝可溶性蛋白含量最高,C和D处理的切枝可溶性糖含量均较高。综上所述,D处理(1%蔗糖+200 mg/L 8-HQ+50 mg/L 6-BA+250 mg/L水杨酸)对白蟾切枝的保鲜效果最佳。 In order to prolong vase life of Gardenia jasminoides var.fortuniana cuttings and improve its ornamental value,taking G.jasminoides var.fortuniana cuttings as experimental materials,using sucrose,8-hydroxyquinoline(8-HQ)and 6-benzylaminoadenine(6-BA)as basic ingredients,methyl jasmonate(A),citric acid(B),aluminium potassium sulfate(C)and salicylic acid(D)solutions were added as preservatives respectively.Water was control(CK).Changes of appearances of G.jasminoides var.fortuniana cuttings were observed.Effects of different preservative treatments on vase life and physiological and biochemical indexes of G.jasminoides var.fortuniana cuttings were compared.Optimal preservative treatment was screened.Results showed that different preservative treatments had significant effects on appearances,vase lives,change rates of fresh masses as well as physiological and biochemical indexes of cuttings.In D treatment,branch of cutting was straight,leaves were healthy,water retention ability was better,and vase life of cutting was 42 days.Followed by B treatment with vase life of cutting 40 days.Relative conductivities of cuttings in A,B,C and D treatments were lower than CK.Contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll of cutting were higher in C treatment.A,B,C and D treatments were able to significantly increase activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)of cuttings.Peroxidase(POD)activities of cuttings in A,B and C treatments had no significant differences with CK.POD activity of cutting in D treatment was significantly lower than CK.Malondialdehyde(MDA)contents of cuttings were lower in B and D treatments.Soluble protein content of cutting in C treatment was the highest.Soluble sugar contents of cuttings in C and D treatments were higher.To sum up,D treatment(1%sucrose+200 mg/L 8-HQ+50 mg/L 6-BA+250 mg/L salicylic acid)had the best preservative effect on G.jasminoides var.fortuniana cuttings.
