高校劳动教育是促进大学生成长成才的重要途径,在逻辑理路上,高校劳动教育具有自身的理论逻辑、实践逻辑、价值逻辑和育人逻辑,是为党育人、为国育才的重要组成部分。当前,高校劳动教育还存在一定的主体困境、客体困境、介体困境、环体困境,一定程度上构成了劳动精神内化为大学生精神追求的羁绊。要解决一系列困境,实现高校劳动教育的高质量发展,需要从顶层设计、建章立制、舆论宣传、丰富介质、营造氛围等各个方面统筹推进。

Labor education in colleges and universities is an important way to promote the growth of students.On the logical path,labor education in colleges and universities has its own theoretical logic,practical logic,value logic and educational logic,which is an important part of educating people for the Party and the country.At present,there are still some subject dilemmas,object dilemmas,mediator dilemmas,and ring dilemmas in labor education in colleges and universities,to some extent,which constitutes the fetters of the internalization of labor spirit into the spiritual pursuit of students of colleges and universities.In order to solve a series of difficulties and realize the high-quality development of labor education in colleges and universities,it is necessary to promote the top-level design,establishment of rules and regulations,public opinion propaganda,enrichment of media,and creation of atmosphere.
