The Current Situation,Problems and Paths of Rural Industrial Revitalization in Qingjian County Under the Goal of Common Prosperity

实现乡村产业振兴是筑牢乡村全面振兴物质基础的客观需要,是实现农民持续增收和共同富裕的必然要求。立足于清涧县域资源和产业发展实际,梳理清涧县乡村产业发展面临的产业融合度低、新型农业经营主体发育不足和农业科技创新体系不完善的现实困境,标本兼治,从产业融合、产业主体培育和科技创新赋能三维度激发清涧县乡村产业发展活力,为陕北脱贫地区的乡村产业振兴提供思路与借鉴。

Realizing the rural industrial revitalization is the objective need to build a solid material foundation for the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas,and it is an inevitable requirement to realize the continuous increase of farmers'income and common prosperity.Based on the actual resources and industrial development of Qingjian County,the practical difficulties faced by the rural industrial development in Qingjian County are sorted out,such as low degree of industrial integration,insufficient development of new agricultural management entities and imperfect innovation system of agricultural science and technology.It aims to address both the symptoms and root causes of the problem,stimulate the vitality of rural industry development in Qingjian County from the three dimensions of industrial integration,industrial subject cultivation and scientific and technological innovation empowerment,which provides ideas and references for the rural industry revitalization in areas that have been lifted out of poverty in northern Shaanxi.
