淮北矿业青东煤业BF2断层探查与注浆处理

摘要 为消除某矿巷道掘进过程中水害威胁、加固巷道围岩,进行探查与注浆加固。基于矿井地质与水文地质条件,对水害、瓦斯、断层带破碎支护风险进行分析,提出了钻孔与注浆设计方案。结果表明:注浆治理工程已完成5个主孔、3个探空和18个分支孔,共注浆44次,通过探查验证,认为治理区域已被水泥充分充填加固,注浆效果良好。地面注浆治理可以有效降低治理区内水害威胁,同时应该有针对性地开展井下物探、钻探等验证工作,保障巷道掘进安全。 In order to eliminate the threat of water damage and reinforce the surrounding rock of roadway in the process of roadway excavation in a mine,exploration and grouting reinforcement were carried out.Based on the geological and hydrogeological conditions of the mine,the risk of geological water damage,gas and fracture support in fault zone is analyzed,and the design scheme of drilling and grouting is put forward.The grouting treatment project has completed 5 main holes,3 sounding holes and 18 branch holes,a total of 44 times of grouting.Through exploration and verification,it is considered that the treatment area has been fully filled with cement and the grouting effect is good.Ground grouting treatment can effectively reduce the threat of water disaster in the treatment area.At the same time,underground geophysical prospecting,drilling and other verification work should be carried out in a targeted manner to ensure the safety of roadway excavation.
