摘要
为解决赵楼煤矿生活污水处理站处理水量及水质不达标的问题,采用实地调研、工艺比选、方案比较等方法对现有污水处理站进行改扩建设计。经工艺比选及方案比较,改造工程采用“曝气生物滤池+砂滤”工艺,新建一座3500 m^(3)的生活污水处理站。经改造后,出水水质能满足地表水三类水质的要求,设计生产成本可达到1.19元/m^(3)。重点介绍了处理工艺及改造方案的确定方法,并给出工艺流程、设计参数及效果分析,以期为同类型工程改造提供参考。
In order to solve the problem that the domestic sewage treatment station in Zhaolou Coal Mine does not meet the standard,the existing sewage treatment station was rebuilt and expanded by means of field investigation,process comparison and scheme comparison.After process comparison and scheme comparison,the reconstruction project adopts the process of"biological aerated filter+sand filtration"to build a 3500 m domestic sewage treatment station.After transformation,the effluent quality can meet the requirements of the three kinds of surface water quality,and the design and production cost can reach 1.19 yuan/m^(3).This paper mainly introduces the determination method of sewage treatment process and transformation scheme,and gives the process flow,design parameters and effect analysis,in order to provide a reference for similar projects.
