摘要
以工程实践为例,提出“海绵乡村”建设理念,将低影响开发应用于农村河道水环境综合整治模式中,从水安全保障、水污染治理和水景观提升等3个方面建设人工湿地、生态沟渠、湿地泡等生态工程,利用低影响开发模拟系统软件分析生态环境保护措施的治理效果。实践显示,该综合整治模式对目标区域的综合径流污染削减率达到60.02%,径流总量削减率达75.75%,一定程度上缓解了河道防洪压力、削减了径流面源污染、改善和提升了乡村生态环境。为我国类似农村水环境综合治理提供了技术参考。
Taking engineering practice as an example,the construction concept of"sponge countries"was put forward.Low impact development was applied to the comprehensive regulation model of rural river water environment,and ecological projects such as constructed wetlands,ecological ditches and wetland bubbles were constructed from three aspects,including water safety guarantee,water pollution control and water landscape improvement.Low impact development simulation system software was used to analyze the governance effects of ecological measures.The results showed that the reduction rate of comprehensive runoff pollution in the target area reached 60.02%,and the reduction rate of total runoff reached 75.75%,which alleviated the flood control pressure of the river,reduced the runoff non-point source pollution,as well as improved and promoted the rural ecological environment to a certain extent.It provides a technical reference for the comprehensive treatment of water environment in similar rural areas in China.
