深圳坝光银叶树湿地园大型底栖动物分类多样性

Taxonomic Diversity of Macrobenthos in Shenzhen Baguang Yinyeshu Wetland Park

摘要 为了解深圳市大鹏新区坝光银叶树湿地园内大型底栖动物的分类多样性,从而有效地对该区域的底栖动物资源进行保护,于2023年1月、4月、7月和11月对该湿地园大型底栖动物进行了周年调查,依据调查数据,分别对深圳坝光银叶树湿地园大型底栖动物的分类多样性和传统多样性进行了计算,并分析了这两类指数的相关性。结果表明:深圳坝光银叶树湿地园大型底栖动物在4个不同季节的分类多样性指数(Δ),其范围在42.041~45.086,平均值为43.427。分类差异指数(Δ^(*))的范围在56.493~60.172,平均值为59.192。平均分类差异指数(Δ^(+))的范围是57.813~61.674,均值为59.861;分类差异变异指数(Λ^(+))的范围是421.989~535.144,均值为483.162。分类多样性指数(Δ)和分类差异变异指数(Λ^(+))与传统多样性指数之间存在显著的相关性;而分类差异指数(Δ^(*))和平均分类差异指数(Δ^(+))均与传统多样性指数的相关性则不显著。在实际应用中,研究者可以结合两类指数来更全面地评估和理解研究区大型底栖动物的生物多样性。 This paper revealed the taxonomic diversity of macrobenthos in Shenzhen Baguang Yinyeshu wetland park,so as to better protect the macrobenthos resources of the wetland.In January,April,July and November in 2023,the annual survey of macrobenthos in the wetland was conducted,and the taxonomic diversity and traditional diversity of macrobenthos in the wetland were calculated based on the survey data,and the correlation between the two diversity indices was analyzed.The results showed that the taxonomic diversity index(Δ)of macrobenthos in Shenzhen Baguang Yinyeshu wetland park ranged from 42.041 to 45.086,with an average of 43.427.The taxonomic distinctness index(Δ^(*))ranged from 56.493 to 60.172,with an average of 59.192.The average taxonomic distinctness index(Δ^(+))ranged from 57.813 to 61.674,with a mean value of 59.861,and the variation in taxonomic distinctness index(Λ^(+))ranged from 421.989 to 535.144,with a mean value of 483.162.There was a significant correlation between the taxonomic diversity index(Δ)and the variation in taxonomic distinctness index(Λ^(+))and the traditional diversity index.However,the taxonomic distinctness index(Δ^(*))and the average taxonomic distinctness index(Δ^(+))were not significantly correlated with the traditional diversity index.In practical application,researchers can combine the two types of indices to more comprehensively assess and understand the biodiversity of macrobenthos in the study area.
