大型复杂钢桁架屋面吊装施工关键技术

摘要 上海生物能源再利用项目三期工程的综合预处理车间共有6处钢结构屋面单体,桁架跨度为53.2 m,桁架高度4.4 m,最大单榀桁架重量为27.5 t;钢桁架巡检走廊为钢桁梁框架体系,桁架跨度为35.2 m,桁架高度2.4 m,单榀桁架重量为17 t。该工程对钢结构加工、运输、安装提出了较高要求,项目编制了严谨的钢结构运输方案、安装方案,对各大型构件验算了吊装工况,为工程的顺利实施提供了有力保障,为类似工程提供了借鉴经验。 The comprehensive pre-treatment workshop of the PhaseⅢproject of Shanghai Bioenergy Reuse has a total of 6 steel structure roof units,with a truss span of 53.2 m,a truss height of 4.4 m,and a maximum single truss weight of 27.5 t;The steel truss inspection corridor is a steel truss beam frame system,with a truss span of 35.2 m,a truss height of 2.4 m,and a single truss weight of 17 t.This project has high requirements for steel structure processing,transportation,and installation.The rigorous steel structure transportation and installation plan prepared by the project has verified the lifting conditions of various large components,providing strong guarantees for the smooth implementation of the project and providing a reference experience for similar projects.
