七叶一枝花人工丰产栽培技术研究

摘要 为提高七叶一枝花栽培种植的经济效益,在前期开展资源调查和优良野生七叶一枝花驯化栽培研究的基础上,进一步探索开展七叶一枝花人工丰产栽培技术措施研究,以期指导七叶一枝花人工种植中药材产业的科学发展。采用不同栽培条件(土壤类型、遮光度、栽植密度)、不同施肥措施(氮肥、厩肥、钾肥)进行七叶一枝花田间正交试验,筛选最佳栽培条件和施肥措施组合,形成科学适用高产栽培技术。结果表明:栽培条件最佳组合为腐殖土,林下自然遮光度,栽植密度25株/m^(2),施肥最佳组合为氮肥150 kg/hm^(2)、厩肥30000 kg/hm^(2)、钾肥300 kg/hm^(2)。 In order to improve the economic benefits of the cultivation and planting of Paris Polyphylla,on the basis of resource investigation and fine wild Paris polyphylla acclimation cultivation research,the technical measures of artificial planting and high-yield cultivation of Paris polyphylla were further explored,in order to guide the scientific development of Paris polyphylla artificial planting of Chinese medicine industry.Through the orthogonal experiment of different cultivation conditions(soil type,shading degree and planting density)and field management fertilization measures(nitrogen fertilizer,manure and potassium fertilizer),the optimum combination of cultivation conditions and fertilization measures was selected to form a scientific and suitable high-yield cultivation technology.The results showed that the optimum combination of cultivation was humus soil,natural shade under forest and planting density 25 plants/m^(2).The optimum combination of fertilization was nitrogen fertilizer 150 kg/hm^(2),manure 30000 kg/hm^(2) and potassium fertilizer 300 kg/hm^(2).
