Promoting the construction of a green,low-carbon,and circular development economic system is of great significance for solving ecological and resource problems,and achieving green economic and social development.This paper explores the importance and specific path of introducing a green,low-carbon,and circular economic system in the development of local ecological civilization strategy based on the unique geographical location,rich ecological resources,and fragile ecological environment of Qinghai Province.This paper analyzes the basic characteristics and application advantages of the economic system,and proposes a systematic construction path that involves multiple aspects such as industrial structure optimization,efficient resource utilization,ecological protection and restoration,and regional coordinated development.The aim is to achieve green,efficient,and sustainable development of Qinghai Province's economy,and provide valuable inspiration and reference for similar development in other regions of the country.
