摘要
通过制备含有不同金属阳离子(钾和钠离子)的柠檬酸盐以及不同阴离子(柠檬酸根、草酸根、酒石酸根、苹果酸根和氯离子)的钾盐,研究了有机酸金属盐阴阳离子对卷烟纸燃烧性能的影响。研究结果表明:钾离子的助燃效果优于钠离子,而不同阴离子中柠檬酸根离子的助燃效果最佳;因此,柠檬酸根离子协同钾离子使得柠檬酸钾具有最快的阴燃速率和最低的纸样热解活化能,成为所测试添加剂中助燃效果最好的一种。
This paper investigates the effect of anions and cations of organic acid metal salt on the combustion performance of cigarette paper by preparing citrate salts containing different metal cations(potassium and sodium ions)and potassium salts containing various anions(citrate,oxalate,tartrate,malic acid,and chloride ions).The research results indicate that potassium ions exhibit a more pronounced combustion-promoting effect compared to sodium ions,while citrate ions demonstrate the most effective combustion promotion among different anions.Consequently,the synergistic effect of citrate ions and potassium ions enables potassium citrate to achieve the fastest smoldering rate and the lowest activation energy for paper pyrolysis,rendering it the most effective combustion aid among the tested additives.
