摘要
针对碱回收炉耦合脱硝的还原剂特点,对比氨气和尿素的特性,分析常见铵盐的理化特性,找出炉内脱硝的腐蚀原因,得出碱回收炉内脱硝氨元素的安全性措施。
Aiming at the characteristics of the reducing agent of the alkali recovery furnace coupled with denitrification,the characteristics of ammonia and urea were compared,and the physical and chemical properties of common ammonium salts were analyzed.Finally,this study found the corrosion cause of denitrification in the furnace and obtained the safety measures for denitrification of ammonia elements in the alkali recovery furnace.
