3LPE管道涂层补伤改良工艺

摘要 依托随州管廊项目相关研究提出了一种利用乙基纤维素溶液、环氧富锌底漆、环氧云铁中间漆与丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆配合使用的3LPE金属管道涂层补伤改良工艺;相比已有补伤方案,该方案在正常条件与湿热条件下均能有效降低漏失电流,增大剥离强度,减小阴极剥离距离,有效防止阴极屏蔽现象,经随州管廊项目验收检验合格,取得经济效益显著,为金属管道补伤施工作业提供良好借鉴。 Relying on the relevant research on the Suizhou pipeline project,an improved process for repairing 3LPE metal pipe coatings using ethyl cellulose solution,epoxy zinc-rich primer,epoxy mica intermediate paint and acrylic polyurethane topcoat is proposed.Compared with existing repair schemes,this solution effectively reduce leakage current,increase peeling strength,reduce cathode peeling distance under normal conditions and hot and humid conditions,effectively prevent cathode shielding.The repairing method passed the acceptance inspection of the Suizhou pipeline project and achieved significant economic benefits,which providing a good reference for metal pipeline repair construction operations.
