摘要
为确保达圣铁路T梁预制质量与施工安全,分别对T梁预制过程中的钢筋工程、混凝土工程、预应力管道成型工程、预埋件工程及T梁架设过程中的架设工装与架设工艺进行了研究。研究结果表明,为保障预制T梁的质量,钢筋工程需严格控制钢筋下料误差与保护层垫块布置方式,模板工程中需控制不平整度与预留孔位置偏差。T梁架设时始终保持水平最大横向倾斜小于2%,最大纵向倾斜小于300 mm,架设完毕后固定支座顶板与底板中心线的横、纵向错开量应小于3 mm,相关研究可为类似工程提供参考。
In order to ensure the quality and construction safety of T-beams prefabrication for Dasheng Railway,research was conducted on the steel reinforcement engineering,concrete engineering,prestressed pipeline forming engineering,embedded parts engineering,and the installation tooling and installation process during the T-beams prefabrication process.The research results indicate that in order to ensure the quality of prefabricated T-beams,it is necessary to strictly control the error of steel bar cutting and the arrangement of protective layer cushion blocks in steel bar engineering.In formwork engineering,it is necessary to control the unevenness and deviation of reserved hole position.During the installation of T-beams,the maximum horizontal inclination should always be less than 2%,and the maximum vertical inclination should be less than 300 mm.After installation,the horizontal and vertical misalignment between the fixed support top plate and the bottom plate centerline should be less than 3mm,which can provide reference for similar projects.
