附着于木拱架的超大LED拉索式网屏建造技术

摘要 基于中国天府农业博览园主展馆LED拉索式网屏工程,索网上部承载结构为木拱架,形成了一项附着于木拱架的超大LED拉索式网屏建造技术。在缺乏木结构与索结构组合作用的变形机理、破坏模式的情形下,通过有针对性的节点设计,对桁架拱和索网进行整体建模计算,利用施工仿真技术及自动化变形监测技术分析桁架拱及索网结构各阶段的受力及变形,取得在外力作用下桁架拱结构本身变形及索网内力之间的互相影响关系,可实现整体建造过程的安全可控及各工序间的无缝衔接。 Based on the LED cable screen project of the main exhibition hall of China Tianfu Agricultural Expo Park,the carrying structure of the cable network is a wooden arch frame,forming a super-large LED cable-type screen construction technology attached to the wooden arch frame.In the case of lack of deformation mechanism and failure mode of the combination of wood structure and cable structure,the overall modeling and calculation of the truss arch and cable mesh are carried out through targeted node design.The construction simulation technology and automatic deformation monitoring technology are used to analyze the force and deformation of the truss arch and cable mesh structure at all stages,so as to obtain the interaction between the deformation of the truss arch structure itself and the internal force of the cable mesh under the action of external forces.It can realize the safety and control of the overall construction process and the seamless connection between various processes.
