超高层垂直交通设计分析

摘要 超高层建筑平面小、层数多、人员密度大,平时的垂直交通以电梯为主,火灾时则以避难层结合楼梯疏散为主,楼电梯布置是超高层核心筒设计的重要环节,其合理性直接关系超高层建筑的平面使用率、运营品质及使用群体的舒适度。以华润置地中心项目T1塔楼为例,阐述超高层垂直交通设计的整个过程,为超高层设计提供参考。 Super high-rise buildings have small planes,many floors and high personnel density,usually the vertical traffic is mainly based on the elevator,and in the case of fire,the evacuation is mainly based on the refuge floor combined with stairs.The elevator layout is an important part in the design of the super high-rise core tube,and its rationality is directly related to the plane utilization rate,operation quality and user comfort of the super high-rise building.This paper takes the T1 tower of China Resources Land Center project as an example to illustrate the whole process of vertical traffic design of super high-rise,and provide reference for super high-rise design.
