摘要
为了对型钢混凝土梁的模板设计进行优化,以实际工程设计过程为例,分别通过有限元软件ABAQUS和品茗安全计算软件对其设计结果进行优化分析。有限元分析结果表明,型钢在施工过程中可以承担部分混凝土的重力荷载;根据型钢骨架和模板支架体系协同受力的结果,可以将混凝土的自重考虑折减系数的方法应用到品茗安全计算软件中,达到优化设计的目的。
In order to optimize the formwork design of steel reinforced concrete beams,the actual engineering design process was taken as an example,and the design results were optimized and analyzed using the finite element software ABAQUS and the safety calculation software Pinming.The results show that section steel can bear part of the gravity load of concrete during construction.Based on the results of the cooperative working performance of the steel skeleton and formwork support system,the method of considering the reduction coefficient of the concrete's self-weight can be applied to the safety calculation software to achieve the goal of optimizing design.
