摘要
教师的数字化教学能力是推动教育数字化转型的关键软实力,也是构建高质量教育体系和培养高素质人才的重要支撑。文章在深刻剖析教师数字化教学能力提升意义的基础上针对数字素养有待提升、数字化教学环境有待完善、数字资源相对单一、教学方法有待改进等具体问题,提出为了深化应用型本科高校教育数字化变革,持续提升数字化教学质量,必须采取加快推进数字化新基建、重构教师培训体系、健全激励评价机制等举措。
Digital teaching capability is a key soft power to accelerate the digital transformation of education,as well as an important support for building a high-quality education system and cultivating high-caliber talents.On the basis of expounding the significance of boosting teachers'digital teaching capability,this article proposes that in order to accelerate the digital transformation of application-oriented undergraduate education and continuously enhance the quality of digital teaching,measures such as accelerating the construction of new infrastructure,restructuring the teacher training system,and perfecting incentive evaluation mechanisms must be taken to address issues such as low digital literacy,imperfect teaching environment,limited digital resources and flawed teaching methods.
