高职院校“岗课赛证”融通路径研究

Research on the Integration Path of"Post-Course-Competition-Certificate"in Vocational Colleges

“岗课赛证”融通育人模式,是以就业岗位所需的职业道德、职业能力和职业素养要求设定人才培养目标,依据就业岗位对人才的具体要求来明确教学内容,并借助技能大赛所呈现的行业发展趋势,推动课程教学内容、教学方式及教学评价的改革。在当今职业教育高质量发展的背景下,“岗课赛证”融通对于提升高职教育的人才培养质量具有重要意义。文章以医学美容技术专业为切入点,通过深入分析相关理论与实践,探讨了岗位需求、课程设置、竞赛机制及证书体系之间的内在联系与相互作用,进而从培养理念、培养目标、培养过程、培养制度、培养评价5个方面,提出了医学美容技术专业“岗课赛证”融通育人工作的实施路径。

The integrated model of post-course-competition-certificate sets talent cultivation goals and teaching content based on the professional ethics,abilities,and competence required for employment positions,and promote the reform of teaching content,methods,and evaluation according to the industry development trend reflected by skill competitions.In the context of highquality development of vocational education,the integrated model is key to boosting the quality of talent cultivation.Hence,the article presented in-depth analysis of relevant theories and practices,explores the intrinsic connections and interactions among job requirements,curriculum settings,competitions,and certificate systems with the example of medical cosmetics techniques major.Furthermore,an implementation path from the aspects of training philosophy,training objectives,training process,training system and training evaluation was proposed.
