摘要
法律硕士作为应用型指向人才,是依法治国人才建设的中坚力量,而专业实习环节是培养高层次、复合型、应用型法治人才的关键环节。通过专业实习,法律硕士应当能明确论文的选题、初步确立职业规划并提升自身的业务能力。然而,法律硕士专业实习环节尚存在设计缺乏明确性、监管缺乏协同性、考核缺乏实效性等问题。文章认为,高校应进一步充分发挥法律硕士校内外双导师制的优势,构建“双师+”全过程协同育人模式,通过优化专业实习环节的管理模式与教学方式,完善专业实习管理与考核标准,发挥多元化师资培养的作用,从而有效提升实习效果达到培养目标。
LLM is the backbone of the construction of talents to govern the country according to law,and internship is the key link to cultivate high-caliber,interdisciplinary and application-oriented talents.Through internships,LLM should be able to determine the topic of a dissertation,make a preliminary career plan,and enhance one's professional competence.However,there are still issues with the lack of clarity in design,lack of synergy in supervision,and lack of effectiveness in assessment during internships.Accordingly,the article argues that universities should fully leverage the advantages of the dual mentors system both on and off campus,and apply a whole-process collaborative training model of academic-practical teachers.Perfect the assessment standards of professional internships through optimizing the management mode and teaching methods,and leveraging the role of diversified teacher training,so as to boost the effectiveness of internships and achieve training objectives.
