风机叶片穿越G75高速桥运输思考与优化

Consideration and Optimization of Wind Turbine Blades Transportation Crossing G75 High-speed Bridge

针对黄蛟山风电项目叶片运输无法穿越G75高速桥的问题,通过查阅大量资料、调查分析并邀请东电、金风、明阳等厂家工程师现场实地踏勘与研究。初步拟定三种方案:方案一,在高速开口子,避开G75高速桥;方案二,沿用原路,拆除房屋;方案三,高速桥下修建便道。通过层层方案比选,选定方案三为实施方案,突破安全、经济等多项论证并付诸实施,最终风机叶片安全、高效的穿越了G75高速桥,保证了黄蛟山风电项目顺利投产。

In response to the problem that the blade transportation of the Huangjiaoshan wind power project cannot cross the G75 high-speed bridge,through extensive research,investigation and analysis,invitation of engineers from manufacturers such as Dongdian,Jinfeng,and Mingyang to conduct on-site inspections and research,three preliminary plans are proposed:Option 1,open the highway opening and avoid the G75 high-speed bridge;Option 2,Use the original road and demolish the house;Option 3,Construct a shortcut under the high-speed bridge.Through scheme comparison,breakthroughs in safety,economy,and other arguments were made and implemented.Finally,the wind turbine blades safely and efficiently crossed the G75 high-speed bridge,ensuring the smooth operation of the Huangjiaoshan wind power project.
