摘要
水电站的启闭机系统中,钢丝绳作为一个至关重要的组件,用于确保闸门的准确启闭。然而,钢丝绳在长期工作过程中会出现各种缺陷,这些缺陷会降低启闭机钢丝绳的强度,进而影响水电站的安全运行。钢丝绳出现断丝、锈蚀、磨损和疲劳等缺陷时,其弱磁信号会发生变化。文章针对钢丝绳的弱磁信号植入异常,使用两种基于双滑窗专家知识系统的方法进行异常检测。实验结果表明,此方法为钢丝绳异常检测提供了一种有效的解决方案。
In the hoist system of hydropower projects,the steel wire rope is a crucial component that ensures the accurate opening and closing of the gate.However,various defects can occur in the steel wire rope during long-term operation,which can reduce its strength and subsequently affect the safe operation of hydropower projects.When defects appear in the steel wire rope such as broken wires,corrosion,wear,and fatigue,its weak magnetic signals will change.This paper first introduces anomalies into the weak magnetic signals of the steel wire rope.Then,two methods based on a double sliding window expert knowledge system are used for anomaly detection.Experimental results indicate that this method provides an effective solution for detecting anomalies in steel wire ropes.
