水轮发电机组弹性油箱受力偏差大分析及处理措施

摘要 针对某水电站6F机组推力轴承弹性油箱在运行过程中出现的压缩值超标和失压问题进行了深入研究和修复工作,通过分析弹性油箱受力偏差增大的原因,设计并实施了相应的修复方案。在修复过程中,采用了探伤检测、止回阀更换以及负荷试验等技术手段,弹性油箱压缩值最终恢复正常且受力均匀,从而提高了机组设备的可靠性和安全性。 This paper investigates and repairs in depth the issues of compression value exceeding and pressure loss in the elastic oil tank of Unit 6F at a hydropower project.By analyzing the causes of increased stress deviation in the elastic oil tank,corresponding repair solutions were designed and implemented.During the repair process,techniques such as flaw detection,check valve replacement,and load testing were employed.Ultimately,the compression value of the elastic oil tank was restored to normal,ensuring uniform stress distribution and enhancing the reliability and safety of the unit equipment.
