摘要
针对传统皮革手工扎染工艺中存在的对皮革厚度、韧性及染色剂适应性不足的问题,以及扎染图案在清晰度、位置精准度、完整度上的挑战,还有色彩彩度和层次感展现的局限,加之浸染过程中皮革易变硬、变形等难题,提出了一种创新的皮革手工扎染工艺技术。该技术通过将皮革系扎在PVC塑料管上,并运用喷绘笔结合皮革专业染料进行染色,实现了对传统皮革手工扎染的图案形式、扎染工具、染色材料以及工艺方法的全面创新实验研究。实验结果表明,相较于传统皮革手工扎染工艺,这一创新扎染方法在材料适应性、花型定位准确性、图案完整度与清晰度、色彩丰富度以及染料选择范围等方面均展现出显著优势,因此在手工皮具制作爱好者和皮具产品设计中具有极高的推广价值。
Addressing issues inherent in traditional leather hand-dyeing techniques,such as inadequate adaptability to leather thickness,resilience,and dye suitability,challenges in pattern clarity,placement precision,and completeness,as well as limitations in color saturation and depthalong with problems like leather hardening and deformation during immersion,this study proposes an innovative hand-dyeing technique for leather.This method involves securing the leather onto PVC pipes and utilizing spray pens combined with specialized leather dyes,achieving a comprehensive experimental innovation in pattern forms,tools,materials,and techniques for traditional leather hand-dyeing.Experimental results indicate that this novel dyeing method demonstrates significant advantages over traditional techniques in material adaptability,pattern positioning accuracy,clarity and completeness of designs,color richness,and dye selection range,thus holding considerable value for enthusiasts of handcrafted leather goods and leather product design.
